Responsive design
  • To ensure a consistent user experience across devices, the website is optimized for desktop and mobile browsing
Live chat function
  • AALED’s team is readily available to provide clients with personalized support based on their respective needs
  • Online forms for warranty and troubleshooting
  • Direct inquiries on each product page

Future expectations for the website include:

  • Weekly updates featuring new blogs
  • Announcements regarding product launches and company events

“We hope that both new and returning clients will find and all its new and evolved features easy to use as we continue to improve and expand our online presence,” said Cathy, graphic designer and WordPress developer.

Improving AALED’s overall user experience was a top priority when designing and building the new website. Implementing features like enhanced search functionality, mobile first design, and other thoughtful quality of life improvements throughout the site will provide clients with a much smoother digital experience when shopping or accessing our improved resources. The site revamp required diligent user research and dedicated development across multiple iterations and technical roadblocks to ensure that every website feature not only looked good but also functioned efficiently.
