Construction  

  • Enclosure body and door formed from 0.081″ Type 5052 H-32 aluminum
  • Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
  • Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
  • Reversible rear door is secured with slotted quarter turn fasteners.
  • Enclosure features vertical aluminum profiles on each side for easier rotation/manipulation.
  • Door front panels are 3mm aluminum.
  • Oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured.
  • Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
  • Quarter turn latches zinc diecast with black epoxy finish.
  • Zinc diecast hinges with black epoxy finish.
  • Fastening is recommended with optional Tara Plus or 50/80 suspension systems.
  • Heavy duty re-inforcing plate included.

Finish  

  • Enclosure, side extrusions, and front panel all finished in RAL 7035 gray powder coating.
