Gotham Lighting Releases Newest Addition to the IVO Family with Shallow Cylinders in Round and Square Shapes

June 21, 2024

Gotham Lighting announced the latest addition to the IVO™ family with the IVO Shallow Cylinder, available in round and square shapes. This family of shallow cylinders offers cylinder heights as shallow as 5” in length.

Key features of the IVO Shallow Cylinders include:
  • Exceptional Lumen Performance: Ranging from 500 to 3000 lumens for the 4” aperture and 500 to 5000 lumens for the 6” aperture.
  • Versatile Trims: Choose from open reflector and lensed wall wash trims to suit specific lighting needs.
  • Flexible CCT Options: Select from a range of color temperatures including 27K, 30K, 35K, 45K, and 50K.
  • Wide Range of Distributions: Medium, Medium Wide, Wide and Wall Wash distributions ensure uniform illumination across various applications.

Additionally, the IVO Shallow Cylinders boast a leading light engine technology called Perfect Color™ from fixture to fixture, setting an industry standard with a 0.5-step MacAdam ellipse, compared to a 3-step MacAdam ellipse in other typical specification downlights. This exceptional quality of light technology provides unparalleled color consistency, and through its proprietary optics, coupled with Bounding Ray™ optical reflector design, ensures seamless uniform batwing distributions for smooth illumination and a comfortable experience for occupants in the space.

Gotham offers multiple mounting options for the IVO Shallow Cylinders, including surface mount, wall mount (fixed and adjustable versions), and pendant mount. The pendant mount is equipped with a field-cuttable stem or cord for added convenience, catering to diverse installation requirements.

The cylinders are available in 20 architectural colors, while the trims come in 9 different finishes, offering multiple possibilities for customization and integration with various design schemes.
