Can be installed with or without a neutral wire, wallplate sold separately. Can be used to comply with the requirements of 2019 and 2022 California Title 24, Part 6, Indoor Air Quality and Mechanical Ventilation, 2019 and 2022 CALGREEN, Part II, Indoor Air Quality and Exhaust and meets requirements of ASHRAE 62.2 – White
