Napoleon Elevation™ X Electric Fireplace Coming Soon

August 18, 2025

Electric fireplaces have come a long way – and with the launch of the Elevation™ X Electric, Napoleon is redefining what homeowners can expect from the category. This is a bold, design-forward unit that blends modern technology with the warmth and atmosphere of a real fire – all while delivering the convenience and efficiency of electric.

Combining high-definition video, cutting-edge glowing logs and layered flame visuals with an authentic crackling sound, this premium unit is designed to deliver the look, feel and ambiance of a traditional gas fireplace – without the emissions, venting or gas line.

“The Elevation™ X Electric is a game-changer,” says Garry Scott, Vice President of Marketing at Napoleon. “We’ve engineered a fireplace that offers the realism homeowners and designers crave, with the flexibility and efficiency electric fireplace are known for. It’s perfect for anyone looking to make a bold statement.”

Built for today’s eco-conscious homeowner, as well as designers and builders facing changing regulations, the Elevation™ X Electric offers an uncompromised alternative to gas. Its rear LCD flame panel and multi-layer flame technology create stunning depth and movement, with the option to toggle between gas- or wood-style flames. Paired with built-in speakers that simulate the natural sound of a burning fire, the result is a rich, multi-sensory experience.

Designed for seamless upgrades and simplified builds, the Elevation™ X Electric matches the framing dimensions of Napoleon’s popular Elevation™ Gas Series. This allows builders and renovators to pivot from gas to electric mid-project without changing plans – ideal for regions tightening restrictions on natural gas usage.

Additional design-forward features include:
  • High-definition glowing logs and modulating ember bed for a hyper-realistic burn;
  • Frameless finishing flange and optional trim for a sleek, custom fit; and
  • Wi-Fi connectivity with voice and app control via the Napoleon® Home App.

Installation is clean and budget-friendly, requiring no venting or gas lines. Whether for a residential living room or a stylish commercial lobby, the Elevation™ X Electric delivers a premium fireplace experience that’s both flexible and future-ready.

The Elevation™ X Electric will be available through authorized Napoleon dealers beginning September 2025.
