Thermon’s Fire Sprinkler Freeze Protection System gets UL 515A Approval

Thermon is pleased to announce that UL has approved the listing of our Electric Trace Heating system for use in Fire Sprinkler applications. The Thermon UL 515A system includes the following major components:

  • TCM2-FX control panel
  • FLX self-regulating heat trace
  • PCA-COM & JB-K Junction Box
  • PCS-COM Splice Kit

Thermon’s UL 515A approved trace heating system meets the requirements of NFPA 13, providing a complete freeze protection solution for fire sprinkler piping systems, including branch lines.
